	Survey and Report We can undertake a survey of your IT system reporting on its strengths, weaknesses, ways it can be enhanced and how to achieve this. During this process our consultant will work with your own IT team, listening to everyone in the business, both your IT team and departments that use the system to learn what they have to say about the existing system and changes they would welcome.
	We will then prepare an independent report for your consideration: This will set out the different options highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of all the alternatives The financial implications The timescale involved The length of time needed for the completion of the survey and report will be largely dependent on the size of your system. It may be possible to report on a small system in as little as a day.
