How we can help

  • If you are thinking of buying your first computer, talk to us first: we can advise you on what you will need, how much it will cost and the most suitable equipment on the market for your purposes.

  • Bringing your equipment up to date in a way that allows you to achieve whatever your personal aims are for it

  1. Got the equipment but struggling to make it work? We can give you training (see separate section) at all levels, visit you at home to make sure that it is correctly set up then give you help whenever you need it, usually, if you are on Broadband, without the need for another visit

  2. Our Support, Maintenance and Service contracts are amazingly good value (at current prices you can sometimes even have an hour’s assistance from a top consultant from around twenty pounds).The help offered can include:
    1. servicing your system (even that can often be done without a visit)
    2. helping you with some complex operation which never seems to work for you
    3. reminding you how to switch on the machine!

  3. Training customised to your needs, in your own home and at times convenient to you
