One to One Teaching at home in your own time

What our Training package includes:

• One of our trainers will come to your house for an initial lesson. They will spend two and a half hours with you on a one to one basis, showing you the basics if necessary, discussing what you are particularly interested in using your computer for and leaving you with a course booklet giving basic guidance.
• Training will be geared to your individual standard and requirements

• After that you will have five further lessons of one hour each by remote assistance, fixing the appointment in advance with your trainer at a convenient time. We will be demonstrating how remote assistance works: the trainer remains in his or her own office but you can talk to them while they either watch what you are doing on the screen or take control of your screen while you watch and they talk you through what they are doing
  You can progress at your own rate: how frequently your lessons take place is entirely a matter for you to decide
• Between lessons you will be able to contact your trainer for further advice or assistance on any problem which you may encounter while practising on your own. Often you will get immediate help: if not someone will contact you within 24 hours (up to half an hour’s help after every lesson before the next)
• After your course is complete, you can opt for further training or transfer to a Support Maintenance and Service contract so that you will continue to enjoy our ongoing support
• Optional additional home visits can be arranged

You will need access to Broadband. If you need any help or advice on your equipment, contact us. We do not sell hardware and our advice is truly impartial.

• Initial 2 ½ hour one-to-one lesson in your own home
• Plan drawn up to suit your personal level of experience and requirements
• 5 further one hour lessons one-to-one by remote access
• 5 additional half hour sessions between lessons available at short notice to sort out any difficulties you may be encountering
• Further training if wanted on completion, or transfer to a Support, Maintenance and Service Contract
