Before setting up Computer ConQuest Ltd early in 2004, Hugh worked for Misys plc,
a major multinational consultancy company, for 5½ years, becoming one of their leading
technical consultants. He has worked in more than 20 different countries all over
the world with high profile clients, including American Express, Standard Chartered
Bank, J. P. Morgan Chase & Co. and Saudi Investment Bank. With particular experience
in Banking, Financial Services and Internet applications, Hugh has a clear understanding
of business priorities and is familiar with a wide range of different technologies.

Robert became a Director of Computer ConQuest Ltd soon after
joining the company. He worked previously for Biomni Ltd as an e-commerce specialist
and one of their top developers. He has excellent qualifications, which include
Microsoft Certified Developer, an Upper Second Class Honours MEng Computer Science
from Imperial College and 3 Grade As at A level. Robert is familiar with a wide
range of technologies with key skills in SQL, C# .NET, XML and BizTalk and has experience
specialising in Internet application development and database design. |

Joshua Graham, Senior Technical Consultant

An American expatriate, Joshua has lived in the UK since 2005. Before joining our
team, Joshua had 10 years commercial experience in the IT field, ranging from support
to project management, training, and team leadership. He possesses a wide skill set
and technical knowledge, gained through a hands on approach to software application
development. Since joining Computer ConQuest in 2010 he has become a valuable team
member and has worked on several Banking and Private Sector projects as both developer
and project manager.

Bob graduated from UCL with a Masters in Software Engineering
to add to the First class Hons BSc degree he received from King’s College London,
giving him a sound base of technical knowledge. Since he joined the company in 2008,
he has had experience in banking software maintenance and development, including
Opics Plus, software application development, consultancy, database administration,
web development and work in the Private Client sector. He is currently managing
the development of several applications including complex Engineering Software.

Theodoros Parmakis, Programming Consultant

Ben Lange, Sales & Marketing Manager

Theodoros has extensive experience as a developer with a detailed knowledge of many
programming languages including C#, C++ and Java amongst others. He has lectured
on programming with Java at the University of Hertfordshire. Since he joined the
company in 2008, he has been a key member of the team developing our Hawk software.
A native Greek speaker, he also speaks English, Italian and some Spanish and has
degrees in technical subjects from both Italian and British universities.

Ben graduated from the University of Leicester with an
Honours degree in Computer Science in 2005. Since then has focused on sales and
marketing within the IT industry. In 2006 he joined LANSA LTD who specialise in
software development for the IBM Series i platform. His role was directly under
the marketing manager for LANSA EMEA and worked alongside the sales team. Duties
included presales, sales, telesales, marketing, and customer management. Ben is
currently playing a leading role in our sales department. |

Bidan Huang, Technical Programming Consultant

Bidan joined the team in 2007 after completing a Certificate
of Advanced Study in Mathematics at Cambridge University. She also holds a First
Class Honours degree from Manchester University, having transferred to Manchester
from her Chinese University. During her time with the company, she has built on
her technical skills in Visual Basic, C#, C++ and Matlab to become a capable developer
and consultant with experience in engineering software, Opics Plus and both database
and website development. Bidan is trilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
and speaks some Japanese.

James has some twenty five years’ experience in the banking sector.
He has also worked in a number of organisations where he has developed his natural
talent for diplomacy and getting the best out of colleagues.

Meriel is a qualified solicitor with
considerable organisational experience. She is also a professional writer who has
had five books published.
