The Hawk - Club and Society Manager System:
Designed to provide solutions for Social and Sporting
organisations
A major organisation in Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire which has been in existence since 1835 organise regular sporting activities four days a week during the winter and have an extensive programme of social, sporting and charitable fund-raising events throughout the year. They are also actively involved with conservation of the countryside.
For this they need a large database of contacts: members, associates, subscribers, those who are interested in particular events and many others with whom they liaise.

Each member of the team operating the system works from their own home, using their own individual computers. They used to have to send emails around their group for every change of address or diary entry then make the entry individually.

option before we found you but it had no flexibility and was going to be

- Store detailed records of each contact including history
- Multiple users be able to access the system from multiple locations, , whether on or offline
- Share all information between all users automatically (N.B. If certain sensitive information should not be available to all users, this can be arranged)
- Customisable user-friendly interface
- Send emails or SMS text messages direct to selected groups of contacts automatically
- Operate a group diary with warning messages for clashing events
- Export data to applications like Microsoft Word and Excel
- Automatic back-up of data

Would it work for your Club or Society?
- Through Hawk there are a number of additional modules available which
this client does not need. It will interface with Quickbooks accountancy program, MS
Outlook and Exchange.
- Conversely, you may not need all the modules this client uses: you can pick and choose the modules which are important to you
- Should you need something which we do not currently offer, talk to us. We may be able to develop it
