Innocent Skin is a busy beauty salon based in Welwyn Garden City. Customer Management is very important to the company, which relies not only on the quality of its beauty services but also on the relationships it has with its clients. It was clear to the Managing Director Roger Woodward that the system he had for dealing with his customers was time consuming, unintuitive and did not provide adequate data security. Roger was using a web-based application which did not have enough functionality and did not allow for working offline.

The Computer Conquest Solution

Computer ConQuest’s Condor solution is a powerful, windows based, customer relations management application which maintains customer records. Built using Computer ConQuest’s Hawk engine, data from MS Outlook and other applications was integrated into the new system. Employees can access Condor from anywhere, allowing them to be up to date at all times and check or alter client records, details, or appointments whether they are online or not. Capability to upload pictures, invoices or treatment before/after shots, leads to comprehensive client records.
