When first purchasing the software you can select the modules required for your base package. Later you can add further modules to suit your needs. Or choose from existing products like Office Manager and Appointments Manager.

There are a dozen modules available today, with additional ones under development. Each module can be customised to your requirements and further development can be undertaken to cater for specific needs, at very reasonable rates.

There are several modules to choose from depending on what sort of software you are looking for. Office Manager and Appointments Manager are two examples of two different programs that can be made from mixing and matching the Modules available.

Office Manager contains the Timesheet module with automatic time keeping facility, Quickbooks interface, Exchange interface, File Library, Purchase and Expense Manager, Assets Manager and Client Detail Management modules. It is based on the concept of enabling employees to access files from any location, fill in their time and gain access to contact details and assets. The Quickbooks interface means that, for example, staff expenses are automatically processed for payment, purchases billed to the company or the appropriate customer and time included in the invoicing system. The file library not only makes data easily accessible to all users with the correct security rating but also provides automatic offsite back-up.

Appointments Manager on the other hand is a Consultant Appointments Manager. It contains the SMS texting, Appointments, OAM Screen and Picture modules. It is based on the concept of sharing and synchronising appointment details with Outlook, whilst allowing pictures to be shared between appropriate users. Appointments Manager also makes use of the SMS texting module which allows users to send text messages such as reminders of appointments via the program.
