What is the point of buying new software
that requires you to move data in one application to another?
Our products have a highly developed integration module, that when configured will
automatically move, obtain or integrate data without you
even realising.
Currently we offer three program interfaces with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Outlook
Express as well as QuickBooks accounting software.
Need a program interfaced with our modules? As with all our software, the integration
modules are easily customisable for you to meet your needs.

through talking to you, surveying the applications you use and taking a high level
view of your computing systems could design new interfaces depending on your needs
at an extremely reasonable price.
Excel Interface
Need a link between your program and Excel? No problem, transfer
data to and from Excel with no hassle.
Outlook Interface
Grab appointments, contacts or any other details that are stored in your
Outlook accounts. Contacts can be updated, added or removed from Outlook and the
change will be mimicked within our software.
QuickBooks Interface
Want your program to interface with QuickBooks accounting
software? Modules such as Payment, Purchases and Expenses and TimeSheets all currently
synchronise to QuickBooks.
The diagram below illustrates how Hawk technology can be used to integrate with
Outlook, Quickbooks and Microsoft Office products such as Excel. Don't forget we
can create a new module just for you, so if you use a program that you would like
integrated within your application, we can design something specific to you. |
